Although I was initially hesitant on this product given some of the reviews (particularly those pertaining to its usage as a computer monitor), I pulled the trigger and am certainly glad I did. The picture quality is fantastic and I haven't noticed any of the blurring from rapid-movement actions (such as video games). I can only come up with two complaints:
1) The sound comes out as slightly muffled. You get used to it; at this point I only notice when I compare it against my LG living room TV.
2) Amazon put this TV on sale precisely 3 days after I bought it! Not a complaint against the TV, obviously, just frustrating. -- Excellent choice

This is my first LCD TV, and I'm very satisfied. I did a lot of research even though I wasn't looking for a top line TV, and all in all I don't think I could've done better. Initially I used the RCA cables provided by my cable company to hook it up, and the results were good as far as picture quality, but the color needed quite a bit of tweaking, and I couldn't get it just right. When I got an HDMI cable for $3 from Amazon, the results were dramatic. I put the color controls back to about where they came from the factory and now colors are vivid and accurate. This Panasonic is perfect for the amount of space I have for it. I have read much about poor sound quality from TVs this size, but I have no complaints. Utilizing the volume controls on the cable box OR TV to set a baseline, using the one remaining remote control (whichever you choose) results in a very satisfactory range of available volume. It's not home theater quality, and I will still plan on eventually getting a sound bar for movie viewing, but it can be quiet enough for normal viewing, and also be made quite loud to make up for occasional background noise made by appliances. I am very pleased with this choice. -- Great picture, great price. Completely satisfied.

I bought this t.v. during the special gold box one-day sale, and am quite pleased with my purchase. In the weeks I've had it so far it's proving to be an excellent t.v. even at the regular price, so at the price of $379 it was a spectacular bargain! The picture looks great, even on non-HD channels. I haven't hooked up a blu-ray player to it yet (this t.v. is in my bedroom and my blu-ray is in the living room) but regular DVDs with an up-converting DVD player look great. The sound, which many complain about, isn't great, but it's adequate, especially for bedroom viewing. It's a bit flat sounding, but it suffices, and is typical of flat panel t.v.s. Even a cheap surround system would make a difference if so desired. -- Great t.v. at a great bargain

I purchased this on a "one-day" sale from Amazon and have used it for about 3 weeks. I have been very impressed with the picture and the features of the set.
One additional feature that I had not considered in the purchase was the SD Card slot for displaying photos. This makes my holiday photos look outstanding!
Even though I do have it connected through my receiver, I find that the built-in volume level perfectly adequate for the room (12' x 12') it is in.
I chose the 1080p resolution as a non-obsolescence feature but I do plan on upgrading to Blue-Ray shortly.
Overall, a great bargain at less than $400. -- Great TV for the Den or Bedroom

I love this TV the picture is amazing, it is definately one of the best TV sets I have ever owned, I am considering buying a second one for my father. THe price is great and I received my TV just 2 days after ordering it. The size of the TV is perfect for a bedroom, it even appears larger than other 32 inch models I have seen. I highly recommend this set. -- Great TV for the right price!
